FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Verdict In - Justice for Ingenuity:

Justice for Ingenuity.     When this year began, Richard Haase was pro se, and his suit
for patent infringement against the "French Water Cartel" was set for trial on April 5th. Last Wednesday, April 21st, a federal jury in Tyler handed Richard and his company Clear Value a $5.2 million victory verdict. Justice for Ingenuity.

    
Richard was represented at trial by JusticeSeekers Mike Mallia and Andy Vickery of
Vickery, Waldner & Mallia, who entered their formal appearance into the case on March 10th.
