The State of South Carolina v. Christopher Pittman
On February 15, 2005, Christopher Pittman was convicted of murder. Despite overwhelming evidence showing that Zoloft triggered Chris' behavior, the jury found him guilty. He has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.

Pfizer Witnesses Reluctant to Testify.
Pfizer attorney, Jim Hooper and Pfizer physician Stephen Romano, MD visited South Carolina to tell Pfizer's side of things to various media representatives. While there, they were served with subpoenas to testify for the defense in this case. Now they claim they know nothing and are asking the court to quash the subpoenas.
