The State of South Carolina v. Christopher Pittman
On February 15, 2005, Christopher Pittman was convicted of murder. Despite overwhelming evidence showing that Zoloft triggered Chris' behavior, the jury found him guilty. He has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.

While there, they were served with subpoenas to testify for the defense in this case. Now they claim they know nothing and are asking the court to quash the subpoenas.
